Meet Cassandra, RDN, LDN

Your Partner in Healing & Nourishment

Healing your relationship with food requires a safe space and an approach that honors both your mind and body. My mission is to help you reclaim your physical strength and build lasting confidence in your ability to nourish yourself.

My path to founding Feeding Liberation began at the University of Maryland, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in nutrition & food science, followed by completing my dietetic internship at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Licensed in Maryland since 2022, I began my career building a medical foundation as a clinical dietitian at Franklin Square Hospital.

Driven by a desire to deeply understand the intersection of mental health and nutrition, I transitioned to working at Eating Recovery Center. There, I specialized in the intensive treatment of complex eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and ARFID in the residential and PHP levels of care.

No matter how overwhelming restriction, binging, and/or dieting feels right now, you do not have to navigate this alone. Together, we can work towards your liberation!

Mission Statement
